MASTERS -- COMPETITION, EXERCISE AND SOCIAL ENJOYMENT THROUGH SWIMMING
LEAD COACH -- PAUL DAVIDSON / EMAIL LAUREN MORFORD TO SCHEDULE A FREE TRIAL WORKOUT
The mission of the Masters program for swimmers 19 years and older is to provide swimmers of all ages, expertise and swimming ability the chance to enjoy swimming as an exercise and/or competitive outlet. Swimming is perhaps the healthiest of lifelong activities one can pursue.
By joining a group of regular swimmers from the community it is possible to build skills and social bonds with those who share a love of the water. Coach-led workouts also provide a fun way to energize the day.
Quarterly stroke clinics are offered for a separate fee. Clinics include review of current technique models, filming & review, and personalized guidance for applications of drills and equipment in workouts.
