SENIOR I -- ADVANCED COMPETITIVE PROGRAM (13 & OVER)
LEAD COACH -- ALEX FRONEK
The mission of the Senior I Team is to provide swimmers the opportunity to continue developing each of their competitive strokes with the goal of progressing to Senior II. This group is offered to swimmers who have advanced through either the FAST National Age Group program or graduated from the Varsity Team. Workouts are designed to keep swimming interesting while also teaching the value of hard work. In this way it is possible to foster a long-term love of the sport.
The process of being your best through athletics is perhaps even more healthy than the obvious health benefits of exercise. Discovering one's ability to improve through focused effort is an invaluable life lesson. It is the method for pursuing one's aims and ambitions long after a swimmer has left the pool.
Swimmers 13 years & older who love swimming will find the FAST Senior I program a perfect match for their interest. This vibrant group consists of experienced swimmers with the ultimate goal of discovering their potential and representing themselves to the best of their ability.
