SENIOR II -- ADVANCED PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
The mission of the FAST Senior II program is to develop student-athletes who understand the process of achieving their potential both in and out of the water. Along the way their skills, strength and speed continue to grow.
This group is comprised of athletes 13 years and older who are preparing for Senior level swimming and beyond. Group members acknowledge that achievement is not an accident and are motivated, experienced swimmers who have learned to effectively balance the rigors of academics and athletics.
