WELCOME TO THE HOME OF FAST SWIMMING

The FAST Swim Team is a premium competitive swimming program which provides high-quality teaching, coaching and support for athletes of all ages.  We guide swimmers to success at every stage of development, from their first full length of the pool to the highest levels of the sport.

Our program is structured around the concept of skill acquisition in the pre-teen years and competitive performance in the adolescent years and beyond.  This healthy, long-term approach creates a positive, productive and successful progression for our swimmers.

FAST coaches believe the challenges of consistent training and targeted racing opportunities develop character traits and personal skills which serve our athletes well in all areas of their lives.  Contact Coach Lauren Morford (lmorford@fastswimming.net) to schedule a tryout.

"DON'T WAIT TO BE GREAT, SWIM FAST NOW!"
