FAST SWIMMERS CHAMPION FAST SWIMMING AT SWIM MEET OF CHAMPIONS

Matthew Chai swam to victory in two events at the Swim Meet Of Champions and established two new 17-18 team records over the weekend.  Matthew's 800 Meter Freestyle time of 8:07.22 (Previous Record: Matthew Chai -- 8:08.21, 11/12/2020) and 1500 Meter time of 15:32.34 (Previous Record: Matthew Chai -- 15:39.65, 1/23/2021) rank him 74th and 98th on the USA Swimming All-Time Top 100 list.    

Teammate Kailee Chow also set a new 17-18 team mark in the 100 Meter Butterfly with a time of 1:03.47 (Previous Record: Maya Lee -- 1:04.19, 7/26/2019).

Ayden Min and Skyler Kao also swam to multiple personal best times at this highly competitive event.  Congratulations to all!​
