SMOKE ON THE WATER FOR FAST AT CA/NV SECTIONALS

FAST swimmers concluded the fall short course season this weekend with 19 new personal best times and three new NAG Times (2 "AAAA", 1 "AAA"). 

Of note were three swimmers with 100% best times--Matthew Menchaca (4 for 4), Ayanna Thompson (4 for 4), and Liam Weinrich (2 for 2).  Additionally Kevin Yum achieved his first Futures cut in the 1650 Freestyle.

The FAST squad will now be focused on holiday training as they prepare for the winter short course season.
