FAST TROOPS TRIUMPHANT IN TRIDENT TORRENT

In a pair of meets last weekend FAST swimmers defied the rainy weather and swam to great success. 

At the Distance Meet on Friday the 13th, FAST posted impressive results with 49 swimmers:

• 37 New Best Times
• 1 x New "A" Time   

At the Trident Winter Invite FAST won the meet!  Along the way 52 swimmers posted excellent results:

• 220 New Best Times
• 70 New National Age Group Motivational Times (2 "AAA", 2 "AA", 7 "A", 30 "BB", 29 "B")
• 1 New CA/NV Sectional Time -- Dave Seo, 200 Butterfly--1:58.86
