SWIMMERS POST NUMEROUS BEST TIMES AT LONG BEACH LONG COURSE MEET

FAST swimmers had a great first long course meet in Long Beach last Sunday at the Lakewood Closed Invitational.  

• 19 swimmers posted a total of 41 personal best times
• 28 New USAS National Age Group Motivational Times -- 1 "AAA", 3 "AA", 15 "A", 8 "BB", 1 "B"
