SENIOR SWIMMERS SHINE AT SUMMER MEET

20 FAST swimmers attended the Lakewood Summer Invitational last Sunday.  Continuing their preparations for the end-of-season July meets, many swimmers used the opportunity to try new events and skills (such as bodybuilding poses). 

Highlights:

• 28 personal best times
• 9 New National Age Group Motivational times (4 "A", 5 "BB")
