75 SWIMMERS EXCEL AT JESC IN FIRST PRACTICE MEET OF THE FALL

75 swimmers from the FAST Development, Junior and Varsity groups competed last weekend in the first practice meet of the fall season.  The energy and enthusiasm at the event was awesome. FAST certainly lived up to its name on that Saturday!

Highlights:

  • 7 new USAS National Age Group "B" times  
  • Almost 100% personal best times
