FAST SPEARS 3 TEAM TITLES AT TRIDENT MEET -- MEN, WOMEN, AND COMBINED

Last weekend the FAST team excelled in taking three team titles -- Men, Women, and Combined -- at the Trident Invite in Rowland Heights.

Highlights:

• 63 swimmers combined for 224 personal best times
• 88 new USA Swimming National Age Group times were recorded (7 "AA", 16 "A", 44 "BB", 21 "B")

This was the first SCY Prelim/Final meet of the 2024 season and FAST swimmers triumphed like true superheroes.
