Successful Weekend at San Diego Senior Meet
Coronado, CA -- National and Senior 2 swimmers spent the holiday weekend competing in San Diego. They raced very well and it showed in their results. The meet was a great team ending to the winter season for these groups!
All 21 FAST swimmers achieved lifetime best times and the group posted 32 new National Age Group Motivational Times:
- 1 new BB time
- 7 new A times
- 15 new AA times
- 9 new AAA times -- including 2 first-time Sectional qualifiers!
Laura Perez Redondo and Caleb Yoo earned their first Sectional cuts, both with time drops of nearly 3 seconds. Laura raced to a 2:27.50 in Finals of the 200 Breast, cutting 2.99 seconds off of her entry time to take 16th overall. Caleb qualified in the 200 Back with his Prelims time of 1:56.47, an improvement of 2.94 seconds.

A special shout out to Dylan Khajavi who posted best times in all of his races!

A special shout out to the Men's 800 Free Relay team of Kevin Yum, Luke Leon Guerrero, Tyler Huey, and Bo Zheng who led from start to finish to claim 1st place overall in the event!
