Beginning January 2025 Coach Keith will lead a High School Prep program to help swimmers in our community get ready for their upcoming high school season! Swim sessions will be technique & skills based with a curriculum designed for swimmers not already involved in year-round swimming. Students in the 8th through 12th grades from any town/city are welcome. Help us spread the word with the flier below!

National group swimmer Kevin Yum has earned Scholastic All-America honors from USA Swimming for 2024. To qualify for this, swimmers must achieve a Junior National time standard and have an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher. Congratulations, Kevin -- we are so proud of you! Waipahu, HI -- Fourteen Senior swimmers captured a 4th place overall finish at the 2024 Hawaii Senior Championships last weekend on Oahu. The group had a fantastic meet with 74 lifetime bests and 55 second swims. All 14 swimmers achieved multiple lifetime bests and earned second swims! Yves Pan had the largest time drop of the meet for the men, cutting an incredible 58.04 seconds in the 1650 Freestyle for a final time of 16:12.96 to take 2nd place. Last Saturday 18 FAST swimmers raced in the 2024 Western Zone Open Water Championships in Coronado, CA. They did an outstanding job facing currents, wind, and waves. This is a tough group!
