At the Junior National meet in Irvine, CA Luke Leon Guerrero produced best times in the 400M Freestyle (4:02.33) and 1500M Freestyle (16:28.56). Competing in his final meet as a high school athlete, Luke is now off to swim for the University of Las Vegas, an NCAA Division I team. Good luck with the the fall season Luke!

Fullerton, CA -- FAST hosted its third annual Jon Urbanchek Invitational meet last weekend to great success. For this year's edition of the meet grew by more than 100 swimmers and drew 31 teams from 7 LSCs. The event also attracted seven current and former Olympians -- Santo Condorelli (competit or), Janet Evans (volunteer), Gary Hall Jr (coach), Breeja Larson (coach), Jason Lezak (spectator), John Mykkanen (coach), and Kristine Quance-Julian (coach). Seven FAST swimmers raced in Irvine at the Grand Challenge meet to kick off the summer long course season. This was also the last meet for Bo Zheng before he returned to China for the summer. FAST Families, As usual, we have lots going on here at FAST, so I am writing to share what we are looking forward to this summer.
