Swim sessions will be technique & skills based with a curriculum designed for swimmers not already involved in year-round swimming. Waipahu, HI -- Fourteen Senior swimmers captured a 4th place overall finish at the 2024 Hawaii Senior Championships last weekend on Oahu. The group had a fantastic meet with 74 lifetime bests and 55 second swims. All 14 swimmers achieved multiple lifetime bests and earned second swims!
